Your guide, LaMonte Heflick, is a Certified Sake Professional (ASP Saké Education Council Feb 2014). Also, a tea enthusiast, LaMonte has done presentations on tea in the Elkhart, IN schools, at Memories of China restaurant in Goshen, IN and Apothica Teas, Niles, MI, as well as, for the Indiana Foreign Language Teachers Association in Indianapolis, IN. For two years LaMonte lived and worked in Japan at Toyota トヨタ自動車. Before retiring he was a speech-language pathologist in Elkhart, Indiana and taught Introduction to Japanese and Chinese languages.
